Vor allem sein<br \/>\n      festes Filet, das an Fleisch erinnert, und der intensive Geschmack<br \/>\n      machen ihn zu einem besonderen Genuss. Praktisch bei der Zubereitung<br \/>\n      ist, dass Wels nicht geschuppt werden muss und kaum Gr&auml;ten enth&auml;lt.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      <b>Zubereitungsvorschlag<\/b><br \/>Filet im K&uuml;hlschrank auftauen lassen.<br \/>\n      Dann das St&uuml;ck mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft einreiben und in eine<br \/>\n      gut gebutterte Auflaufform legen. Nun 100 ml Fond dazu giessen und im<br \/>\n      180&#176;C vorgeheizten Backofen 20 Minuten garen. Zwischenzeitlich R&uuml;ebli<br \/>\n      sch&auml;len und in Scheiben schneiden. Koreander, Schalotten, Knoblauch und<br \/>\n      Ingwer fein hacken und in heisser <b><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.natur-konkret.ch\/de\/A~6060\/Toggenburger-Bio-Bergbutter-270g-Toggenburger-Bergbutter\">Butter<\/a><\/b> and&uuml;nsten, etwas Zucker beigeben und karamellisieren lassen.<br \/>\n      Dann die <b><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.natur-konkret.ch\/de\/1~177\/Gem%C3%BCse-Salate-Fr%C3%BCchte\">R&uuml;ebli<\/a><\/b><br \/>\n      dazugeben und mit etwas Fond 10 Minuten bei schwacher Hitze garen. Nun<br \/>\n      150 ml Prosecco, 150g Creme fraiche und Koreander untermischen, kurz<br \/>\n      aufkochen lassen, p&uuml;rieren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Das<br \/>\n      Filet zusammen mit der Sauce und den R&uuml;ebli servieren.
